Mary Evelyn Lay Carnley (Timney)
Known to me as Granny. Wife of Louis Chipley Carnley/Timney and mother of Louis “Pat” Carnley. She could remember things very far back. Oh how I wish I would have written them down now but I was very young. She chewed snuff and would spit it in a coffee can with a napkin in it. She would also kick open the screen door and you knew to run as she would place her two fingers on her mouth and would spit over 10 ft. She also had a colostomy bag. She was very little and was very kind.
